S.E. Mons. Anthony Lobo. Nato in Pakistan nel 1937. Ordinato sacerdote nel 1961, è stato consacrato Vescovo l'8 giugno 1982. Dal 28 maggio 1993 è Arcivescovo di Islamabad-Rawalpindi.
