A research fellow at the Moroccan Centre of Social Sciences, Hassan II University of Casablanca. He obtained a PhD in 2016 from the same university, with a dissertation on the militancy of the members of the Islamist movement al-‘Adl wa-l-Ihsān. He was also a journalist at the Moroccan newspaper al-Masa’.
