Islamicist and vice editor of Phillit, a journal of philosophy and literature, Fârès Gillon is currently a PhD candidate at the École Pratique des Hautes Études (EPHE) in Paris, under the direction of Mohammad Ali Amir-Moezzi and Daniel De Smet. He earned a MA in Islamic studies and Muslim worlds at the EPHE and one in History of Ancient Philosophy at the Sorbonne University.
