Marina Calculli is a scholar in International Relations of the Middle East. She is currently Lecturer in Middle East Politics at the Leiden University and Associate Researcher Fellow at the Middle East Centre of St. Antony’s College, University of Oxford. She is part of the 2017 Oasis project "In Search of a Leader. Authority in Contemporary Islam" and she is writing a book about the relationship between Hezbollah and the Lebanese State.
