Senior Research Fellow on South Asia at the Centre for Asian Studies of the Heritage Foundation. Since she joined Heritage in August 2006, Curtis has appeared on the most important television channels to comment on developments in South Asia. Before joining Heritage she was a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. At the end of the 1990s she worked for the CIA as an analyst on South Asia.
