Born 1958, is a Capuchin friar, a priest and a doctor in theology. At the present time he is Dean of the Franciscan Institute of Spirituality at the Antonianum of Rome. He is the author of various studies in the fieldof fundamental theology and the theology of vocation. Since 2006 he has been a Consultor for the Congregation for the Institutes of Consecrated Life.
